This notice explains how the 1910 Bar website uses cookies and similar technologies. These technologies can store information on your device or read information already stored there. The rules can also apply to pixels and other forms of device access. The website uses technology to operate pages and forms, protect forms against abuse, show a location map and customer reviews, and record how visitors reached the site. Some uses are necessary to deliver a feature you request. Other uses need your consent before information is stored or accessed on your device, unless a specific legal exception applies. An exception for limited statistical or appearance purposes has additional conditions, including clear information and a simple, free way to object.
The website currently loads WooCommerce order-attribution code, configured to allow tracking. WooCommerce says this feature uses the following first-party cookies. Their purpose is to record traffic-source and visit information for order attribution; they are not needed simply to browse our pages.

Bookings on the website create WooCommerce product orders, with payment taken at the premises. Order attribution can therefore be associated with a booking even though no online card payment takes place. Because attribution measures how an order arose rather than delivering the page you asked to view, its use needs an appropriate consent mechanism unless a relevant exception is established for the precise purpose. The names above are those documented by WooCommerce and indicated by its active site code; the exact cookies stored in an individual browser may depend on its settings and the page journey.
Our website loads Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help distinguish genuine form use from spam or abuse. Google says that reCAPTCHA sets a cookie named _GRECAPTCHA when it runs its risk analysis. The exact time at which it is set and its expiry can depend on Google’s implementation. Form security may qualify for a legal exception where the technology is genuinely necessary and proportionate to provide a requested form securely. Google may separately process technical information under its own policies.
The home and contact pages contain embedded Google Maps content. The site also loads Trustindex code and Google-hosted images for its reviews. Opening those pages may cause your browser to connect to Google and Trustindex. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies; the names and durations can change with their services and browser settings. We should delay any optional storage or access until the appropriate choice has been made. If you prefer not to load an embedded map, the venue address is also given as text elsewhere on the site.
Outgoing links to Facebook, Instagram and other social sites take you to those services if you choose to click them. A link alone does not mean that the social site sets a cookie while you remain on 1910 Bar’s pages. If you use a BeBooked booking page, its own cookie and privacy information may also apply on that platform.
Where consent is required, optional cookies and similar technologies should remain off until you choose to allow them. A visitor should be able to reject them and later change the choice. If an exception is relied on for limited statistics or appearance settings, a simple and free objection control is still required. The public pages tested on 26 September 2026 did not display a cookie banner or preferences control. We are reviewing the site configuration. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser; doing so may affect forms or embedded features.
